Annual Swim Camps
Since 2022, Dunedin Swim Team have been running swim camps abroad to provide opportunites for members who work hard and are committed to the club values. The previous four swim camps have been in Frenaros, Cyprus (2022); Calella, Spain (2023, 2025); Tenerife, Spain (2024); and Mallorca, Spain (2026). They trained twice a day in the pool along with land training. Other plans included team building and fun activities involved on top of swimming. Every camp had a waterpark day.
Another swim camp is being organised for next summer (2027).
Our keen members that sign up for the camps get a special training session once a month at Stirling University Pool (50m) [Map] to prepare for the training camp sessions to come. It is a great pool and unique opportunity for swimmers involved.
