Learn to Swim Programme

Sponsored by Jabil Circuit (Livingston), Allied International and SPORTSMATCH, Dunedin Swim Team are now in a position to offer anyone wishing to learn to swim an opportunity to be taught in a safe and secure environment by fully qualified swim teachers. We provide effective but enjoyable swimming for all in a relaxed but fun atmosphere using a variety of swimming aids. The Learn to Swim programme (levels 1 - 8) for children take place on a Sunday at Forresters High School (Edinburgh) 13:00 - 15:00hrs. The programme runs in 7 week blocks.

Non-swimmers / Beginners (Adult & Child Classes): 2yrs to 4yrs - Adult and child water activities are designed to introduce young children to the fun and safety of water, building confidence, safety skills and the basic start to swimming through fun, games and singing !!! A great way to spend time together and learn the fun of water and swimming.

13:00 - 13:30hrs          Non-Swimmers / Beginners          £31.50

13:30 - 14:00hrs          Intermediates / Improvers 1          £31.50

14:00 - 14:45hrs          Improvers 2                                     £35.00

Competitive Swimming

Dunedin Swim Team are in a position to offer competitive swim training at Ainslie Park, Loanhead, Currie High School and Dalry Swimming Pool - click here for latest timetable.

Cost is currently £1.25 per hour.

1 session per week (2hrs)          £10 per month

2 sessions per week (4hrs)        £20 per month

3 sessions per week (6hrs)        £30 per month

4 sessions per week (8hrs)        £40 per month
